Exercise or Being Active?
Exercise !! – To most people the word exercise conjures up images of toughing it out in a gym trying to mix it with the other gym junkies.  Well, I’m hear to ease your mind on just how easy a shift in thinking can set you on the path to a healthier life.
We replace the word ‘exercise’ with ‘Activity’ – It’s that simple. You see, it’s all about being active whether that’s walking the dog, hiking through the bush or playing ball with the kids. Does that sound a little more inviting than Exercise? I think so.
I guess what we are saying is that being active, no matter what form it takes, is a step in the right direction. I personally love to jog and I combine jogging with meditation, sounds weird, but when I jog my mind quickly moves from the stresses of life to my dreams & aspirations which, in turn, puts me in a positive mindset and that feels great and when I feel good it brings my body into an alkaline state which is what we should all be striving for.
So don’t associate fitness with exercise, simply look at it as getting out and being active by doing something that floats your boat. If you thoroughly enjoy the activity you are doing your body cant help but to respond in a positive way so get out, get active and enjoy life.

I like that exchange! Activity is much better than the word exercise.
Sometimes we forget that it’s the activity we are involved in that keeps us fit and moving.
